Delay in openFDA Food recall API

Can you please let me know what's the delay in data available on the openFDA Food recall (https://api.fda.gov/food/enforcement.json) API?
For instance, if there's a market recall, safety withdrawal or safety alert on this website, when will this data be available on openFDA API?
