Incorrect utf8 handling. #733

If I use one of the following characters: ő Ő ű Ű, then I get it:

"Internal Server error.
This event will be reported.
Sorry for the inconvenience."

The error is caused by setting the wrong code set for the sql server, which should be utf8mb4.
