Lists of patterns arent split on multiple lines when displayed in places they should

Issue description

Pattern lists stored in akashic libraries or focus-likes don't render nicely when displayed.
It looks like lists will only split/have linebreaks on commas, not between patterns.

(thats 98 patterns going off the edge of the window)

Steps to reproduce

1. write a bunch of patterns to a focus
2. look at its tooltip
3. observe the tooltip spanning the width of the universe
