mouse.scrolled Incompatible with Scroll Smoothing App

Hello,

I just noticed that the mouse.scrolled event is not triggered when using a smooth-scrolling application alongside it. I tried two popular ones Mos and Mac Mouse Fix. It appears that the smooth scrolling function within these applications is causing the problem. While disabling this function resolves the issue, I'm curious if there's a possibility of incorporating support for smooth scrolling when triggering mouse.scrolled.
