Translation between two selected languages without switching and the different automatic translation

Describe the solution you'd like

The first is that I want it to be able to translate between the two languages, rather than just translating to the language I choose. When I want to translate to another language, I need to click to choose, but I actually only need to switch between the two languages.
Second, if possible, I would also like to be able to translate it automatically after clicking with three fingers at the same time, without having to click "Translate". But I don't always want automatic translation, so the automatic translation it comes itself doesn't work for me. If possible, I would like to be able to translate it, then click with three fingers (no matter which one) and switch back to the original language.
