BAU: Close all Origami issues in Problem Hub

Issues include things such as:

• Warnings of vulnerabilities in projects – these may or may not be real, most likely they are noise. We don't want vulnerabilities but we also don't want noise.
• Missing information: service tier, approach to backup data, first line trouble shooting etc.
• Missing tags from AWS resources, for example to identify what resource belongs to what system.

This doesn't really belong on this repo, but we don't have anywhere to create generic issues outside of project board notes. When/if we move to Jira to track project work we will be able to make general tickets there.
