What do you mean exactly? I tried exporting the pattern as .acnh file and importing it in NHSE but I get an error like "the size of the imported file does not match the required size"

Not true actually. I still update the tool for new versions and will publish one last update to 1.0 at some point in time addressing (hopefully) all remaining issues and rework the online part of it.

@CodingForAddicts I had the same problem on Linux and got it running with wine. DO NOT try this without making a BACKUP, I don't know if this is because of the software itself or because wine broke something when executing but I somehow managed to corrupt my save file and will have to start over now because I didn't make a backup. Luckily I only played through 1 day but that still means that there is a 6h progress to rework...
