I'm currently not sure how the cve/cvss resolutions happens. But it might be a good idea take a look at the NVD-API. As far as I have seen so far, the service will return a JSON with most of the necessary information. With this we could avoid some of the HTML parsing, which is done as far as I remember. However I'm not sure yet, whether we need an API-Key or what the rate limit is. @YvesKirschner maybe we should discuss if a refactoring is useful.
