If the MVP is defined as 'One person can choose names' this is not needed. But would be definitely something for the second milestone.

I would say this is MVP, at least invite the partner. That's the main concept, but adding a 3rd+ party is not needed for MVP and can be added later. Updating issue.

I think the original idea was for two people to be able to use this app as a baby name "tinder" where the commonly liked names show as a positive match. So for that, there will need to be two people that are linked to the same name dataset. I would say this is important for the MVP.
