Need to make bundle_manager NOT silent.

Would you like to make this configurable with an environmental variable? Something like BUNDLE_MANAGER_VERBOSE=<LOG_LEVEL> where LOG_LEVEL could be the usual info, warning, error, debug and so on. This would be useful/necessary when using bundles programmatically as we do with the demos/experiments.
