Create a Shiny Application Wiki Page

The Shiny application is sophisticated and large. A Wiki would be a great resource for someone who hasn't ever used the app to better understand where all of the data is coming from and for future developers to have a resource to go to. It could even be broken do into two main wikis - one for users and one for devs.
