Create interactive heat heatmap

Would be neat to allow users to enter in a specified gene list and/or patient list, then perform unsupervised hierarchical clustering. See the link below for an example of the type of interactive heatmap I'd like to make:

This could also possibly be interconnected with Jenny Smith's UMAP clustering 3D image? This would require having her clustering data hosted or uploaded into the docker container my app is in (I think? Definitely would need to look into this more).
