[Feature Request]: Remember download path in Download Settings

Problem Description

Download path is being cleared when i toggle Ask for download path on/off
Download path is also being cleared when i already have set the path and click on Choose path and exit the window without selecting a path

Proposed Solution

Remember set Download path just like how its done in Player Settings -> Enable Screenshot -> Screenshot folder
