Guidelines

  • I have searched the issue tracker for open and closed issues that are similar to the feature request I want to file, without success.
  • I have searched the documentation for information that matches the description of the feature request I want to file, without success.
  • This issue contains only one feature request.

Problem Description

I find the "Recommended Videos" side panel way too wide. It takes too much of the screen (about 1/3 of the width) when viewing a video, about double the width of the same section in YouTube vanilla.

Proposed Solution

It would be great to have an option to customize it, or at least a wide/normal/small setting to toggle between different modes. Eg)

Wide: The current mode, with a thumbnail and a wide description/title.
Normal: A thumbnail with a title that's half the width of what is is currently (much more sensible as a default).
Small: Only the thumbnais.

Alternatives Considered

Some way to modify some configuration/json file to specify an alternative width for this section, either in pixels, or with the three modes I described in the proposed solution.
