Guidelines

  • I have searched the issue tracker for open and closed issues that are similar to the feature request I want to file, without success.
  • I have searched the documentation for information that matches the description of the feature request I want to file, without success.
  • This issue contains only one feature request.

Problem Description

I noticed that I find it quite hard to go backwards on the history page.
If I would like to scroll back to lets say two weeks ago, I would need to scroll and load very much.

Proposed Solution

An easier option to "go back in time" would be very convenient.

I thought about two ideas:

  1. Being able to search for specific dates and timeframes.
  2. Having buttons or something similar that would also to go back to "Yesterday", "Last Week" etc.

Alternatives Considered

Multiple alternatives are maybe possible.

Issue Labels

ease of use improvement, new optional setting

We should take a similar approach as how browsers handle this.

I'm unsure if I should make a new feature request for this, or not, but in the first place could we have a sort by date/channel button in the history? I think that is a good first step and will probably be a good foundation for more specific search options (maybe add filtering as well)
