[Feature Request]: Live chat on the side in theatre mode

Problem Description

I use theatre mode by default and every time I view a livestream I have to toggle it off to see the live chat.

Proposed Solution

Add the option to make live chat appear on the side while theatre mode is enabled, and also make the chat less wide in theatre mode so that the livestream does not get smaller.

Hello, this was the new layout for Theater mode with live chat. Essentially, the live chat is now pinned on the right side of the screen and you can now scroll down without losing the live chat.

I believe this is still on stage rollout and not widely available.

It's been six months and the new layout is still there. I think it's safe to say that it's not going anywhere.
