[Bug]: DeArrow thumbnails for Shorts disproportionately stretched

Describe the bug

When loading DeArrow thumbnails for YouTube Shorts, the thumbnail is stretched to fit the width of a full sized thumbnail.

1. Open the "Settings" menu on the left
2. Expand the "SponsorBlock Settings" section
3. Enable the "Use DeArrow for thumbnails" setting
4. Visit any section (subscriptions, a channel, etc.) that has preview for a YouTube Shorts video
5. Wait for the DeArrow thumbnails to load

Expected behavior

The DeArrow thumbnails should be the same aspect ratio as normal thumbnails

Actual behavior

The DeArrow thumbnails are disproportionately stretched to fit a normal thumbnail size.

Additional Information

This issue was present last time I used the Flatpak installation method (v0.21.1 Beta) and has been present since the first introduction of DeArrow thumbnails. It is also present in the Invidious API method.
