[Bug]: v0.21.3 Beta: The Shorts on the channel tab doesn't want to show video content, it has "This channel does not have currently have shorts" message instead

Describe the bug

When going to channel's Shorts tab section, the video content isn't there. Instead, it has "This channel does not have currently have shorts" as shown in the video below. Clicking "Fetch more results" doesn't work either. This effects every channel that has the Shorts tab. Switching to Invidious API and back to Local API doesn't do anything.

Expected Behavior

Clicking channel's Shorts tab should show the video content (like the one below but this is from the browser. This is how the Shorts content should show up on FreeTube) unless the channel does not have one.
