on mouse over does not work as promised by freedom scientific

Summary

There is a description how on mouse over can be accessible with JAWS:

And it worked. Approximately a year ago this feature became not accessible.

I've tried the latest JAWS 2025, as well as JAWS 2020.
When I follow the instruction on the provided page, the "on mouse over" attribute is not perceivable anymore.

You can easily test it on the Freedom Scientific web site, just follow the instructions on the provided web page.

I use this versions:
Google Chrome Version 131.0.6778.265
