Create a new Mini 1 version using Vue 3

Context

We need to have a Vue 3 workshop in place, so let's start with https://workshops.vuevixens.org/workshops/vue/minis/mini1.html, our short classic. We need to create a very vanilla workshop that focuses only on Vue. I recommend using Skeleton.css instead of Vuetify for this as Vuetify is not yet Vue 3 compatible.

Expected Behavior

Let's teach the exact same content but with Vue 3 explained.

Acceptance criteria

The workshop needs to be deployed on /dev in our Docs repo and thoroughly tested.
