Bug Report: Squashed text on Freeplay song capsules #2659
Comments
Thanks! We've been aware of this one and hopefully can get it fixed up soon! |
This still happens in v0.4.1 apparently. |
This still happens in 0.5.0. |
Can confirm; encountered with Darnell (BF Mix) |
Respect for doing the lowest score challenge and surviving 🤝 |
I think I might have found the fix for this issue, please test this #4214 and see if the issue still happens. I don't really get the point of the bool, it's set to true on every call of function that then checks if the bool is true and does the text scaling except for when a capsule is created. It's only purpose seems to be to cause this issue??? |
I've noticed something very interesting about this issue, it seems favouriting things causes something funky to happen that leads to any text that is too long to be squashed. That, and this can only replicated when you exit a song and go back to freeplay for some reason????? 2025-02-25.21-16-36.mp4I think I'm going to give up on trying to fix it for now. At least I partially fixed it...? |

What version of the game are you using?

Have you identified any steps to reproduce the bug? If so, please describe them below in as much detail as possible. Use images if possible.
I've only encountered this bug once and cannot reproduce it so far
Please describe your issue. Provide extensive detail and images if possible.
Satin Panties Erect's and Thorns Erect's titles in the Freeplay Menu are squished to be smaller than the length of the bar.
Satin Panties Erect still scrolled through its name as usual, but only within the smaller region shown below.
Exiting and reopening the Freeplay Menu fixed the issue.
My computer was under heavy load when encountering the bug, so this might be a resource issue.
