Discussions enabled on a trial basis

I've enabled GitHub discussions on a trial basis as a possible alternative (or even possibly) an eventual replacement to the Google Group. Please feel free to kick the tires, try things and let us know your thoughts on Discussions vs. Groups, etc.

I haven't had a GitHub account before so have no experience of discussions. So I'm watching this with interest. The sign up tested me with their visual capture hopefully everything else will be easier.
