Rolling minutes of monthly GBIF ECA meetings

Volunteer and informal opportunity to meet and work together on regional ECA nodes topics for 30-60 minutes depending on interest. Mostly for GBIF ECA participant node managers, however, node staff, and representatives of GBIF observers are also most welcome to join.
