There are several dust schemes in GOCART-2G that need full testing and evaluation.

  1. Bring DEAD scheme to process library
  2. Implement DEAD in G2G
  3. Carryout control for 2016 at C180 (compatible with benchmark, but latest model)
  4. Compare control with benchmark
  5. Add NDVI to Ginoux, test, happy with do-no-harm
  6. Test dust schemes:
    a) Simple, similar to Ginoux, use externally specified threshold friction velocity
    b) DEAD
    c) Fengsha
    d) K14

@amdasilva Please let me know if I can be of any assistance here. There are probably some updates to the input files for FENGSHA. I'm happy to pass those along.
