deluge requires passwords and manual connection #66

Every time I restart the HTPC I have to connect to deluge manually:

In HTPC manager, I have to check a radio-box, click "connect", and refresh the page
The deluge page requires a password.
Any chance to configure deluge to connect without these extra steps?
