Currently this is what we see on the live site:

Ideally, what's expected and desired:

Scott can remove the margin and padding on the intro below the button , but he does not have control over the css in the other global spaces.

We need to propose these style changes to usa.gov to remove these global stylings from our pages to meet the requirements of the formatting.

Next steps:
Scott to work with usa.gov dev team to get approval
