scilab highlighting refers old docs #112

The current highlighting still refers to: http://www.scilab.org/product/dic-mat-sci/M2SCI_doc.htm
which is not available anymore.

The floor function is available at e.g. https://help.scilab.org/docs/6.0.1/en_US/floor.html

How stable are the version numbers in the URL?

use https://help.scilab.org/docs/current/en_US/floor.html to always refer to the last (= stable) doc

@tormec I try to find these relative links to documentation. Nice to see it exists. That is the better solution.
