Half screen is black when full screen app starts and rotates. #5771

version 3.1 however had this on v2.x as well.

Sometimes 1 time out of 50 when app starts and rotate from locked orientation window it causes half of the screen to go black.

When app closed screen is showing fine again, but half black again repeats when app re-open.

Other apps that rotate screen might not get black side only one.

Sometimes fixed by starting other full screen app, sometimes randomly fixes itself, but more often need to reboot phone then works good again.

Looks like #5691 (which is a device/system issue). Samsung device?

Could be device issue its OnePlus 8 Pro
