Custom scrcpy-server.jar location

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have some weird android devices where /data/local/tmp is not writable by the shell user.
Thus scrcpy fails with

adb: error: failed to copy '/usr/share/scrcpy/scrcpy-server' to '/data/local/tmp/scrcpy-server.jar': remote Permission denied

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if you could specify a custom install/launch directory such as /sdcard.

Example:

$ scrcpy --install-dir=/sdcard
