Ubuntu 22.04 Jammy support

• Code is almost ready
• Screamshotter is ready
• Convertit will have problems, because it uses inkscape (can be replaced by directly using cairosvg for provile svg / png conversion) and unoconv / libreoffice for odt / doc / pdf conversion. Embedded version have change and many development are need to keep working on bionic / focal / jammy. Morever, it is not a django project with pined requirements.
• Problem with debian repository. Jammy packages debian archives with new compression format that is not yet compatible with reprepro, tool used to publish on public repository. Actual repo is on Debian, But same problem on Jammy repo version. Maybe we should migrate to use aptly which latest release support it
