Copying a story doesn't update the locations of media files

When a user makes a copy of a story, the locations of any media files placed in the original are not updated to reflect their new location.

Example: An original story has an item with a media file in /uploads/my-story/myvideo.mp4. When the story is copied, that URL is not updated, meaning that the placed media files are not copied over to the new story's uploads folder. It also means that the placed images are not changed.
