The arrow and hyperlink shouldn’t be underlined and the arrow should be represented like the previos version or how is in the admin panel

How to reproduce

1. Create an article and write a text which contains an arrow "->" and insert a hyperlink.
2. Publish the article and navigate to the live version.
3. The representation will be different than the admin panel, it should not be underlined and the arrow should be represented properly:
