Having a sign-out option at the official site before launching the app

Description

One day I had logged-in with some other account of mine which isn't registered so I was asked to create a new organization which is pretty obvious new email id == new register and later I found the "Log out" option at the profile section of the newly created profile and then I logged in to my intended profile.

I personally feel that this thing isn't user friendly as the site will auto detect that you are logged in and it provide you with only one option "Launch the app" with a wrong id and after creating an organization there you can either delete or log out but there is no need for such things if there would be a sign-out button at the site, no need of creating an organization which will you delete after creating it.

If you find it sensible too then I would love to fix it.
