An internal accessibility review highlighted that the intent thread emails aren't great for screen reader users due to often having raw URLs listed (like for explainer and spec links). Instead it would be better if we, for example, fetched the title of the pages we're linking to and emitted them in the e-mail, with an anchor tag containing the link.
The blink-dev threads are pretty niche audience and highly technical and I haven't personally heard this concern from any subscriber. But perhaps it's something at least worth asking AT users who consume blink-dev to see how we might think about prioritizing a tooling improvement here?
