i initially thought this was another issue entirely, but after doing some further testing, it is indeed a issue with the way the extension handles the window.
below is a video that shows it in action. i also tested this on edge, without PiP so i believe this is a problem with the PiP implementation in general.

No I don't think I've seen this issue before and I just tried locally and couldn't repro it
