Previously open files do not always open at startup #566

Most of the time, when I restart Chrome, Text reopens the files that were open at shutdown.

Sometimes they do not, and there seems to be no obvious reason why they did not. Sometimes a file was modified but not saved at closing, other times all open files were in a saved state.
