When using the text app and using ctrl-f to find, I often run into friction as the standard ctrl-g and ctrl-G shortcuts don't seem to work for find-next and find-prev (how chrome's find behavior usually works).
I recognize that enter and shift-enter work similarly after a ctrl-f but once I've clicked into the text, I lose what I'm searching for. It would be nice if the behavior was closer to other apps find functionality (where the string being found persists if you click outside the find bar)
