  • add REF instead of noSV
  • add HOM for homozygous SVs
  • add HET for heterozygous SVs

@arnikz The GRIDSS callset does not have genotype (GT) information, so implementing this feature in the pre-release would be problematic, in particular for the filtering mode. So for simplicity I will leave it out for the time being.
