下载正常，也有速度，但是下载界面，1G的东西，下载显示到50M会突然跳到30M然后不停重复这个过程，包括进度条同样。（数字只是举例。）

docker1.5.9也有这种问题,下载的数据不停在跳着变,400mb,350mb,390mb.....400mb,350mb,390mb,就这样一直在重复,刚刚更新到1.60后试着游下载了一下,还是上述问题,也是BT下载

+1，windows版；昨天重启了电脑，发现重启前进度不足2%的下载任务（下载了一周了），已经在下载完成界面了
