The crash only seemed to happen when the horse grindstone is grinding something.

I finally figured out what's causing the issue. The grindstone seems unable to render copper and silver dust from Mystical World. Iron and gold dust from the same mod work just fine strangely enough.

I managed to find a workaround by using ContentTweaker to make dusts for copper and silver and used those in the grinding recipes instead.
