plug: Colored folders

Feature description

Hello. I think, that in Nautilus with changed color scheme standard Adwaita folder icons looks... foreign, maybe. So, i think, feature letting you generate folder icons with custom colors would be cool. It also would be good to have this feature for Papirus icons, because this theme is pretty popular (personally I like its folders more than basic), but for Papirus we already have Themix, and for Adwaita I don't know such a tool.
