@azuryte5 I'm torn on this... I don't think we need this at all to be honest.

I think in the scenarios where this is needed, they're so unique to the needs of the site that having a standardized "jumbotron" is kind of useless.

I could see maybe having an "overlay" component where you can have a background section and a forground section. That's probably all that's needed.
