Add wizard component

[grotlue]

• A wizard component that can display various steps
• Steps have (optional) next and previous buttons with optional button copy prop
• Preferably we have a hook/context that can simply trigger switching to a step from a predefined list which will then render the separate step component
• The component can be reused for the Data Source Onboarding Wizard
• The wizard state is reset once it is closed
