Manager restore password feature

What do you think about implementing it? How we can achieve it?

I am thinking about adding some emails credentials in setting by root admins so email can be added and used, but it's hard to understand maybe? And managers maybe will want to create accounts really fast after service deploy and there will be no email in what time.

Maybe we can add 2fa google code logic and restore password by it? Make it resistant from brute force by
