Use lgob library to support gtk and webkit etc

lgob is a library with implementing to lua binding for such libraries:
-atk
-cairo
-clutter
-gdk
-gtk
-gobject
-pango
-vte
-webkit

E.g. To support GTK theme in lua lock we need to create element on lua lock window for this we need to get it or handle of it.
Some of code should be add to lualock to have such ability.
