Create a settings/about window (inspired by FlowTeams) with the following pages:

About (mostly as-is today)
- please add a button to "Open app log files" and "Open collected data" (and remove them from the app context menu)
Active Times (aka work/study rhythms): Settings: Allow user to Configure Experience Sampling (with active/work hours) #332
Retrospection/AIRbar settings (if available)

Note that I suggest to reuse/repurpose/rename the About-page for the settings (assuming htis makes sense)
