Package in danger of deprecation on Bioconductor

Your package has been failing in release and devel since June. The auto failure notifications from the build system has been ignored. We tried to personally contact you with [email protected] as well multiple times and it has also been ignored. If the package is not fixed it will be deprecated immediately following the October release and be removed the following spring. As your package has a lot reverse dependencies, this will affect many packages. We hope that a fix will be implemented quickly and the package can remain in Bioconductor.
