Layer moving for objects

Feature description

Below the 12 buttons on the right side of the edit screen, there's a layer changing button. I'd like to suggest a feature where if you change the layer while selecting objects, those objects will be moved to that layer. As far as I know, there's no way to move objects between layers after you've placed them, which I don't like.
