Currently, we can use OBS to connect with the Vtuber studio for streaming on any platform

but for Chat Interaction with youtube twitch/etc... the Waifu automatically wasn't implemented YET

the goal of this issue is to make the interaction of the waifu with youtube & twitch chat easily possible

via the config file to add the token to access the current stream chat in real-time
