This is a major new release with lots of improvements, with an emphasis on walk and bicycle routing. Some highlights:
- Route itinerary page redesigned. Routing settings above the itinerary list no longer contain a closed 'more settings' section, but are all displayed at once. Those settings now include a convenient switch for public transit, walking, bicycling and park&ride type routing, each having a dedicated set of quick preferences, such as 'Avoid transfers' and 'Prefer cycle ways'. Also the detailed routing settings panel has been redesigned to provide improved user experience. Walking speed is now expressed using the familiar km/h unit.
- Also the front page contains the selector for the traveling mode public transit/bike/walk/park&ride. The mode can be selecting before starting an itinerary search.
- Route itineraries display both cycling and walking distance of each itinerary.
- Route itinerary page now show the free capacity of relevant city bike stations in itinerary summaries, itinerary details and on the map.
- Itinerary details define the name of the city bike station where to return the bike.
- Routing settings now advise the user of public transit modes not supporting transportation of bikes.
- Via point routing improved considerably. The user can now define the time spent on each via point. Via points can be reordered simply by dragging them on the itinerary panel.
- It is now possible to use current location as a via point in routing .
- Detailed routing settings now include tools for defining preferred /avoided routes.
